| Thruway east and west | Take exit 34a to I481 N. Exit I481 at exit 7, 1st exit (Route 298 Bridgeport). Go to the end of the exit ramp and turn right. At the second light turn right onto Northern Blvd. Gym is the second driveway on the right side, behind DHL Trucking. |
| From the South | Take I81 North to I481 North.. Exit I481 at exit 7, 1st exit (Route 298 Bridgeport). Go to the end of the exit ramp and turn right. At the second light turn right onto Northern Blvd. Gym is the second driveway on the right side, behind DHL Trucking. |
| From the North | I81 South to I481 South. Take exit 8 Northern Blvd. Go right at the end of the ramp for approximately 2 miles. Make a U-turn on your left and head back north on Northern Blvd. Immediately get into the right lane. Gym is the second driveway right behind DHL Trucking. |
